As we live in a world where most of us worry about everything it doesn't matter how small it is. We care about our children, business, future or partner, and so many other things, it seems like we can't run from this, and it's alright. We are just humans and it's okay to worry. Thousands of people worry even though they have money and other things that we don't have. Worrying is not a bad sign it's just telling us that something is not right and we have to fix it. So to find the solution to our problems we must find the cause and work out this problem.
But before that, it is important to know why we worry. Worry is caused by our negative emotions and lack of gratitude. Negative emotions such as complaining about what is not good and overthinking, thinking we are not enough. To solve this we must have something to do something that can keep us busy every day. why?? Well because a human mind cannot attempt 2 tasks at a time so it is not possible to be productive and at the same time get worried. So let's find something for our-self that can make you busy all day. And when you wake up be grateful for what you have remember it's your life you have to make it good every day. You can be grateful for your house not a single day but every day be thankful for your house, food, and clothes. And you can do your important things to be busy e.g writing, drawing, gaming, read a book.
Now let's face the problems that are causing you the worry. There are 3 questions that you have to ask yourself so that you can find a solution for your problems and stop worrying about life.
What am I worried about?
( write everything that is causing you the worry and write your problem)
what worst can happen with this problem in my life?
( write what worst can happen and accept it ) * when we accept the worst we became calm*
What I can do about it?
( write everything that you can do right now)
- when i am gonna start doing it ?
